There is a new opportunity for you. A workshop organized by media21 in Geneva during the 5 days conference

( http://www.wmo.int/wcc3/index_en.html ) of the WMO, followed by a field trip is being organized for you pre-selected journalist.



Please print and read carefully the attached documents and send all requested document at once in order to avoid to many e-mails. Also, answer to this e-mail to my colleague Mr Clément at [e-mail]



Due to the large number of journalists receiving this grant opportunity (400!) - and only 12 grants being available - the following will be strictly applied:



* Application deadline is July 19th 2009 – those received after this date will be ignored
* Applications not properly filled out or with no picture, short bio and article will be also ignored
* Priority will be given to journalists with a strong interest and experience for climate change-related issues (read carefully the attached document)
* Priority will be given to journalists whose reports will be published or broadcast
* Priority will be given to journalists capable of dealing with their own visa requests
* Journalists with their full or partial grants are welcome to apply and may receive priority upon others
* Field trip opportunities will be given to the most motivated journalists
* please mention if you are interested in the field trips or would only like to take part in the workshop. This gives others a better chance to get on the field trips.
